Description

The RIDGID® Model 161 Receding Geared Threader creates consistently clean NPT screw threads on 4 to 6-inch diameter pipe. Power by hand, or couple with the various threading machines and power drives (sold separately), for more flexibility. A cam type work holder helps grip the pipe, while the die head cuts the threads. A clutch is included to prevent jamming at the end of the thread.
